Our role & responsibilities
- You optimise transport orders by improving combinations and routings, keeping an eye on customer requirements.
- You ensure cost-conscious pre-planning to guarantee efficiency.
- Handling remarks and problems is an ongoing task which you accurately process in the software application.
- You handle administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Your responsibilities include smooth, focused, and correct communication with team members, other departments, and external parties.
Hourly Schedule
Alternately 1 week from 8am to 6pm and 1 week from 10am to 6pm
Occasionally 9 a.m. to 5.06 p.m.
You are willing to do standby duty in the long term (evenings and weekends in rotation with colleagues)

Baron De Maerelaan, Zeebrugge
The following qualities describe you:
- Bachelor or equivalent with experience
- Your strong planning and organisation skills enable you to maintain an overview and work efficiently.
- You are stress-resistant and perform well under pressure.
- Knowledge of the transport sector is a plus.
- Good command of English, other languages are a bonus.
- Extensive geographical knowledge of Europe is essential.
- You strive for high-quality results.
- As a team player, you work effectively with others.
- You are proficient in the use of software applications.
- Strong communication skills help you establish contact and negotiate.
- Prioritising and anticipating are among your skills.
- You have a positive critical attitude and work accurately.
- Cost awareness is an important aspect of your work.
